Socks is another sub. for paper! It will be a lot more comfy to sleep in! And easier to remove in the mornings!

my mum used to do this to me as a kid but she used rags - she would shred up an old pillow case or some old t-towl lol, and do basically the same thing - i thinks its prob easier than using paper?/

Thanks for the tutorial, my mom saw me watching this and said that when she was a young girl ladies use to do this to curl their hair and it looks like it works really well. Definitely giving it a try.
